Accredited Investors May Qualify for Complimentary Registration
The Hard Assets Rare Earths Investment Summit is best suited for accredited investors who are seeking opportunities and access to rare earth investment opportunities in North America and abroad. Please see definition of an accredited investor below. Complimentary registration will only be extended to these individuals who meet the qualifying criteria of an accredited investor. All accredited investors are required to apply for complimentary registration.
Definition
An “accredited investor” includes but is not limited to: an affluent individual with a net worth exceeding $1 million or annual income exceeding $500,000; a trust, charitable organization, corporation, or partnership with assets exceeding $5 million; an investment advisory firm with total portfolios exceeding $100 million; an institutional investor with fund management exceeding $1 billion or more.
Individuals who are not accredited investors and would like to attend are able to purchase registration at $795.
