All registrants are required to bring a business card and/or state issued ID to verify registration information.
Complimentary registration will be issued to accredited investors; all non-qualifying applicants will be required to purchase registration at $795. Please see definitions below.
Definition:
An “accredited investor” includes but is not limited to: an affluent individual with a net worth exceeding $1 million or annual income exceeding $500,000; a trust, charitable organization, corporation, or partnership with assets exceeding $5 million; an investment advisory firm with total portfolios exceeding $100 million; an institutional investor with fund management exceeding $1Billion or more.
